How to trade?

Before starting investing on a company you must prepare a strategy (9:30-3:20). Technical analysis must be strong enough to read the market trend.

1. Open your demat account on any broker. (Groww)

2. Activate your F&Q (futures and options)

3. Markets you are interested in put them in your wishlists.

4. Analyse several times.

5. Buy (select quantity), you can also select a price margin i.e at which trade price you want purchase.

6. After purchase completed the shares will be transferred to your demat account.

How we gain profit?

1. Buy Low: Research and identify companies or assets that you believe have the potential for growth or are undervalued. Purchase these stocks at a price you deem reasonable.

2. Sell High: As the value of the stocks increases over time or reaches a point where you are satisfied with the return, sell the stocks at a higher price than what you initially paid.

3. Capital Appreciation: The difference between the selling price and the purchase price is your profit. This process is called capital appreciation.

4. Dividends: Some companies also pay dividends, which are a portion of their profits distributed to shareholders. Holding dividend-paying stocks can provide additional income.

5. Trading Strategies: Additionally, some investors engage in short-term trading strategies, aiming to profit from price fluctuations within shorter timeframes.

However, it’s essential to note that investing in the stock market involves risks. Prices can go down as well as up, and there are no guarantees of profits. It’s crucial to approach the stock market with careful research, risk management, and a long-term perspective. Many investors seek professional advice or conduct extensive research before making investment decisions.
